Cost database functionality improvements

The functionality of the Keogh Consulting Construction Cost iOS App (bit.ly/KeoghCosts) has been improved to provide an overview of rental rates and exit yields for a number of common property types. Developed from research into recent transactions and detailed analysis of quoted Irish real estate companies and REITs it provided a range to determine a starting point for a valuation based on user defined inputs. 

A calculator has also been developed to estimate exit valuation and permanent loan debt sizing.
