Barry T. Keogh

Principal

Barry is a proven project & programme delivery executive with over 25 years’ national & international experience in delivering capital projects in the public & private sector. He has extensive project management, financial, governance & project control skills developed in senior operational and consulting roles. These roles have included the delivery of the AVIVA stadium, the National Convention Centre, the development and expansion of St James Gate Brewery and time as a consultant in Gemini Consulting's European strategic transformation practice.

He has advised on the feasibility & delivery of many significant real estate projects during his 14 years’ as Partner of KMCS, a leading Dublin headquartered international project management company and as country head for Gleeds in Ireland. During this time he gained broad experience of leading multi discipline client and consultant teams during delivery of commercial, residential, sports/entertainment and public infrastructure projects.

Barry is a Chartered Engineer and holds Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Chemical Engineering from University College Dublin, an MBA from the London Business School (LBS) and a Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Smurfit Graduate Business School.
